With research material from the Russian archive Consisting of register card, award list, citation and decree, the citation translated into English. Originally submitted for the Order of Glory 3rd Class, this changed by the High Command to a Patriotic War.

– Ribbon Bar. This has an extra Patriotic War ribbon. Probably for the 1985 commemorative issue to veterans.
