Cased Austrian (K.u.K.), Franz-Joseph Order, Gold Knights Cross. MakerV. Mayers Söhne.

Real gold based and in an excellent, barely worn condition, the enamel without damage.
Marked on the ring with the maker „V. Mayers Söhne in Wien“ hallmarked „3 [goats head] A“ for 18 carat. The reverse centre of the medal can be opened.
On the original striped (wartime) ribbon with attached crossed swords.
The fitting case in a very good, slightly used condition. Embossed in gold on top of the lid with the designation „F.J.O.“ for Franz Josef Orden. The inlet covered with velvet and the inside of the lid with white satin.
