Cased Luftwaffe Paratrooper Badge. Maker C.E. Juncker (J.1).

In a very good, slightly worn condition. The wreath with all of the dark oxidised finish. The eagle with lots of the gilt plate and attached to the wreath with two small rivets.
Marked on the reverse with the maker „C.E. Juncker Berlin S.W.“. So called thin wreath, 1st pattern or J1 type badge.
The fitting and early type case in a very good, slightly used condition with the typical cloth covering on the outside and embossed in gold on top of the lid with the designation „Fallschirmschützen Abzeichen“.
Very nice early set. The Juncker 1st pattern paratrooper badges are seldom seen on the collector market.
