Luftwaffe Honour Goblet. Real Silver, 1940 Award.

Real silver based and in a very good, slightly used condition. No dings, dents or repairs and with an even patina.
Marked on the underside with the maker „Joh. Wagner & Sohn“ and Hallmarked with the silver content „835“ with crown and half moon. .
Awarded on 4.11.40 to the Feldwebel Heinrich Höfer (Air Gunner).
Also the fitting award document for Feldwebel Höfer. On the reverse, a wound the edges, remains of sticky tape. The document was probably framed at sometime in the past. Otherwise full size A4 with embossed Luftwaffe seal. 1st Pattern document with Goerings rank „Reichsmarschall“ to the right instead of in the middle. With original signature(!) „Göring“.

A very early set with the award being made on 4.11.1940 and the document still with the original signature of Goering..
