Cased Luftwaffe Pilot Badge. Maker Brüder Schneider A.G. Wien.

Tombak/brass based and in a very good, barely worn condition. The wreath with all of the silver plate still present and some patina. The eagle with practically all of the dark oxidised finish and attached to the wreath with two typical rivets.
Marked on the reverse with the maker „Brüder Schneider A.G. Wien“ (early, full name). With the typical „?“ hook.
The fitting case in a very good, slightly used condition. Embossed in gold on top of the lid with the designation „Lufwaffe Flugzeugführer Abzeichen“. The inlet covered with the typical blue felt and the inside of the lid with blue satin.
