Cased & Cartoned Iron Cross 1st Class 1939. Maker L/11.

In an excellent, unworn condition. The core with all of the black paint. The ribbing in matt white silver and the flanges burnished with some very slight patina.
Marked on the reverse with „L/11“ for the company of Wilhelm Deumer, Lüdenscheid. Three piece construction and magnetic.
The case in a very good, slightly used condition. Embossed in silver on top of the lid with an image of the cross and with an embossed frame around the top. The inlet covered with black sprayed felt and the inside of the lid with white satin.
The fitting outer carton also in a very good, slightly used condition. Complete with all the flaps and printed on the top with the designation „Eisernes Kreuz 1. Klasse 1939 Nur vom Empfänger zu öffnen“, and on the side with the maker „Wilhelm Deumer Kom.-Ges. Lüdenscheid“.
Difficult to find and in near best condition.
