Cased Luftwaffe Pilot Badge. Maker C.E. Juncker (J1).

Tombak/brass based and in a very good, slightly worn condition.The wreath with all of the silver plate still present and some patina.The eagle with all of the dark oxidised finish, with cut out portion between the eagles legs, and attached to the wreath with two typical rivets.
Marked on the reverse with the maker „C.E. Juncker Berlin S.W.“. So called J1, thin wreath or first pattern badge.
The fitting case in a very good, slightly used condition. Embossed in gold on top of the lid with the designation „Flugzeugführerabz.“. The inlet covered with blue velvet and the inside of the lid with blue satin.
