Zinc based and in a very good, slightly worn condition with most of the silver plate still present and some patina. The magnetic backing plate with practically all of the dark oxidised finish.
Not marked but a known variation that is commonly referred to as the „Six Dot“ due to the six centre punch dents used to hold the backplate.
