Tombak/brass based and in a very good, slightly worn condition. The wreath with all of the silver plate still present and some patina. The eagle with most of the dark oxidised finish, „keyhole“ type pierced out between the eagles legs and attached to the wreath with two typical rivets.
Marked on the reverse with the maker „C.E. Juncker BerlinSW“. So called thick wreath or J2 type badge. This example with a particularly thin version of the J2 type wreath.

Tombak/brass based and in a very good, barely worn condition. The wreath with all of the matt silver plate, the highpoints burnished and all with some patina. The eagle with practically all of the dark oxidised finish.
Marked on the reverse with the maker „C.E. Juncker Berlin SW“. So called 2nd pattern or J2 type badge. Here in the early transitional type with a very flat, thin 2nd pattern wreath. Nearly as thin as a J1 type.
