Cased Gold Mother Cross, Franz Scheurle Schwäbisch Gmünd

Tombak/brass based and in a very good, barely worn condition with all of the gilt plate still present and some patina. The enamel without damage.
Not marked but a known variation. On long ribbon.
The fitting case in a very good, slightly used condition. Embossed in gold on top of the lid with an image of the cross and printed on the white satin inside of the lid with the maker „Franz Scheurle Schwäbisch Gmünd“.
Uncommon maker in nice condition.

The gold mother cross was awarded for giving birth to eight children.
