Luftwaffe Pilot Badge. Type C.E.Juncker, Berlin (J.2), Aluminium.

Aluminium based and in an excellent, probably unworn condition. The eagle with practically all of the dark oxidised finish and attached to the wreath with two typical rivets.
The hook originally attached and not repaired(!).
Not marked but a known variation that has been attributed to the company of C.E.Juncker, Berlin. So called thick wreath, 2nd pattern or J2 type badge.
Very difficult to find the aluminum badges in unrepaired condition.
