Iron Cross 1st Class 1914 with Special Attachment. Maker KMST Silber (800). Jeweller Case.

In a very good, slightly worn condition. The core with practically all of the black paint, the frames with patina.
Marked on the reverse of the left cross arm with „KMST“ for Königliche Münze Stuttgart and the German patent mark „DRGM“ for Deutsches Reich Gebrauchs Muster.
The reverse with two pins. The backing plate with two holes and locking bracket. Hallmarked on the reverse with the silver content „800“. Three piece construction and magnetic.
The original sales box from a Munich jeweller in a very good, slightly used condition. Printed inside of the lid with an image of the cross.
One of the most difficult to find Iron Cross 1914 variants.
