Cased & Cartoned Iron Cross 1st Class 1939. Maker 6.

In an excellent, unworn condition. The core with all of the black paint. The ribbing in matt white silver, the flanges burnished and all with some slight patina.
Marked on the pin with „6.“ For the company of Fritz Zimmermann, Stuttgart.
The fitting and typical type case for this maker in a very good, slightly used condition. Embossed in silver on top of the flat lid with an image of the cross, the lid with embossed frame around the top. The inlet covered with black sprayed felt and the inside of the lid with white satin.
The outer carton in a good, slightly used condition. Two of the small inside flaps missing, otherwise complete.
Printed on the top with the designation and on the side with the maker „Fritz Zimmermann Ordensfabrik Stuttgart“.
Very difficult to find and in very nice condition.
