Cased Luftwaffe Air Gunner/ Radio Operator Badge. Maker C.E. Juncker.

Zinc based and in an excellent, probably unworn condition. The wreath with practically all of the silver plate still present and some patina. The eagle with all of the dark oxidised finish and attached to the wreath with two rivets.
Marked on the reverse with the maker „C.E. Juncker Berlin S.W.“. So called fourth pattern or J4 type badge.
The fitting case in a very good, slightly used condition. Embossed in gold on top of the lid with the designation „Bordfunkerabz.“. The inlet covered with blue sprayed felt and the inside of the lid with blue satin.
Uncommon set in such condition.
