Cased Air Gunner/Radio Operator Badge. Maker CEJ (J1).

Tombak/brass based and in a very good,slightly worn condition.The wreath with all of the silver plate still present and some patina.The eagle with practically all of the dark oxidised finish.
Marked on the reverse with „CEJ“ for the company of C.E. Juncker from Berlin. So called 1st pattern, thin wreath or J1 type badge.
The fitting, early type case in a very good, slightly used condition. Embossed in gold on top of the lid with the designation „Flieger Schützenabz.“. The wooden inlet covered with blue velvet and the inside of the lid with purple satin.
Very early set in nice condition.
