A small group from the possessions of Feldwebel Dieter Böhnhof. Posthumous award for Böhnhof who fell during his service in Russia on 23.4.1942. The medal was awarded twice, once from the Generalkommando V. Armee Korps, this part here for sale and again from the Wehrbezikskommando, offered seperatly (7482).
Comprised of:

– Eastern Front Medal in Envelope. Zinc based and in a very good, unworn condition. Still in the original tissue paper wrapping. Not marked but a known variation that has been attributed to the company of Karl Pollath from Schrobenhausen. With long unused ribbon.
The fitting small brown envelope in a good, slightly used condition. Printed on the obverse with the designation and on the reverse with the the fitting maker.

– Document for the Eastern Front Medal. Good condition.

– Accompanying letter with envelope.

The small brown envelope in an excellent condition. Printed on the obverse with the designation and on the reverse with the maker.
