1st Pattern Torpedo Boat Badge. Maker L/21. Published(!)

Zink based and in a very good, probably unworn condition. The wreath with practically all of the gilt plate still present, the boat with all of the silver plate and the waves dark oxidised.
Marked on the pin with „L/21“ for the company of Förster & Barth from Pforzheim. See GCA database
Exactly this badge shown in the book by Weber/Skora, The War Badges of the Kriegsmarine, on pages 548/549, also in Williamson, War Badges of the Kriegsmarine on page 238 and in the GCA database.
One of only a few known examples. Rare chance to add a, in several books published, reference badge to the collection(!).
