Tombak/brass based and in an excellent, absolutely unworn condition with all of the matt silver plate still present. The swastika and rims burnished. The magnetic ribbon eagle also in an excellent, unused condition with all of the silver plate still present.
The fitting cellophane envelope in a good, slightly used condition. Printed on the obverse with the designation and bottom right with the supposed maker initials „H.K.M.“.
